Where to?

There's so much to explore in Cornwall. Here are a few hand-picked highlights to help you decide where and how to spend your precious holiday time.

Family Favourites

As a family-run, family-friendly hotel, we know how important it is to make the most of your holiday (and keep smaller members of the group entertained!), so we've pulled together a few tried and tested family favourites to help make your holiday planning even easier.

After a busy day, don't forget to take a look at our Lugger Inn Kids' menu and see what special offers we're running on delicious, home-made meals.

Top Days Out

With so much on offer in the region, it's hard to narrow a list of things to see and do, but we've done our best!

If you have a particular interest or hobby you'd like to explore while you're staying with us, feel free to get in touch and we'll be happy to help point you in the right direction.

Golowan Festival

Dating back to the 17th century, Golowan (Cornish for the feast of St John) is 10 days of arts and music around the town, concluding on the last full weekend of June (Mazey Weekend). The town comes alive with street dance, parades, exhibition's, you know its summer.

And we play our part with a music stage erected in our car park ready for local bands and artists to play to the summer loving crowds. Friday evening (Mazey Eve) starts the weekend off and coincides with the firework display in the harbour, Mazey day is a full day from noon until late. Sunday (Quay day) is a more relaxed day for the family to kick back and enjoy the music and sun. Check out our line up.

Note: There are traffic and parking restrictions during the weekend. Our own Car Park is out of operation from the Thursday and during the festival weekend for the stage to be erected, and the bands to play.

Only one thing left to do then... Book to stay with us here
